We are so excited to begin offering Holistic Health Coaching to our menu of services at Arden Yoga & Wellness. Kira has officially passed her first phase of Vanderbilt University’s Clinical Health Coaching Program and is now in her Practicum Phase. While she prepares to sit for the national boards to become a nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), she will be seeing clients on a regular basis for coaching via Zoom and in-person.
This is a tremendous addition to The Arden Method that we are SO grateful to use to serve our community even deeper. Kira is THRILLED to begin implementing coaching to help her clients make the lasting changes that they want in their health and wellness journey.

A health coach is a partner in your behavior change process. This is done through support and creating a personal vision of health, setting goals, unearthing values, strengths and motivation, and encouraging the development of sustainable healthy behaviors and attitudes.
Kira’s formal training in health coaching by expert leaders in psychology and mindset paired with her background in nursing and therapeutic yoga has given her a vast understanding of the needed tools to help her support patients and clients to learn and sustain long-term, health behaviors that align with their personal values and strengths.
The short answer: ANYONE !
Specifically, but not limited to:
The Health Coaching program typically lasts 3-6 months and occurs every other week, for a total of 6-12 health coaching sessions. The sessions will take place via Zoom or in-person with Kira.
